Ladies and Gentlemen Barre Is Back!
Apart from our dance program, we also offer fabulous Barre Fitness Classes! These classes have been developed to help you achieve that longer, leaner and stronger “dancer’s body” you’ve been dreaming of.

Totally fitness based classes and not, a dance class – you do not need to be flexible or pointe your toes. We offer a variety of different barre classes and promise you will start to see a significant difference in your body after only 8 classes (3 to 4 times a week).

Fun, Challenging and completely results focused. We incorporate an amazing playlist, weighted balls and resistance bands in this one hour, crazy fun, totally addicting – full body workout!

Modifications are always given as an option to resort to, if a certain exercise does not feel good in your body! Come out and try a class today!

How To Book

  • Directly through our website or with the Mindbody App!
  • Set yourself up with a login and password
  • Fill out your new client profile
  • Purchase whatever class package you wish and book your first class!

2 Week Unlimited NEW CLIENT Intro Special | ONLINE – $40.00

Single Class “Drop In” | ONLINE – $18.00

5 Class Pack | ONLINE – $85.00

10 Class Pack | ONLINE – $160.00

The Details:

  • All rates are subject to HST
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not meet our minimum participation requirements.
  • A 10 Class Pack expires 2 months from the date of your first class and a 5 Class Pack expires 1 month from the date of your first class.
  • Reservation may be cancelled 4 hours prior to the start of the reserved class. If a cancellation is made within 4 hours of the reserved class, you will be charged for that class. Clients with a 2 week unlimited package who fail to opt out of a served class on time will lose 1 day off their package.
  • All classes will take place on our studio Zoom platform. All registrants will be emailed Meeting IDs and passwords 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class.
  • You must register in advance for class!

How to optimize your virtual experience

  • Turn off additional computer programs during your Zoom class for a clearer connection.
  • You can always turn off your video during class. Although we love watching you move along with us, this will help your streaming quality during classes.
  • If you are able to set yourself up close to your router for class, this may help your connection.
  • To heighten your experience, plug your computer into external speakers.
  • Take modifications as they are needed and stay hydrated.

burnBarre | ONLINE
In burnBarre you will be provided opportunities to tailer the class to your own fitness level – want that little extra push? We will give you that and more! In burnBarre you can take the modifications given as needed, or go has hard and as “full out with feeling” as you can handle. No matter what direction you choose – we promise you will be feeling that full body burn for the entire 1 hour duration. We recommend this class for clients who had tried a couple fusionBarre and powerBarre classes first!

 fusionBarre | ONLINE
fusionBarre is a full body workout designed to cover “all areas”. This class focuses on strength and stability at the barre, your core, powerful leg work, upper body toning and elements of cardio. We use weighted balls and resistance bands in this class and your entire body will be humming by the time you finish!

powerBarre | ONLINE
powerBarre is a delicious muscle defying workout focusing on your tush, abdominals and arms – while toning up the rest of your body at the same time! In powerBarre we use weighted balls and resistance bands. You will finish class with your everything tingling from head to toe!
