Ladies and Gentlemen our Monday Nights are heating up at the Studio!!

Introducing our *NEW* Monday Night 8 Week POP-up Barre Series

Apart from our dance program, we also offer fabulous Barre Classes! Classes are fun, challenging and are sure to make you sweat! We incorporate an amazing playlist, weighted balls and resistance bands in this 50 minute, crazy fun, totally addicting full body workout!

Modifications are always given as an option to resort to, if a certain exercise does not feel good in your body! Come out – no dance experience required and we won’t make you point your toes!

Class Descriptions:

burnBarre
In burnBarre you will be provided opportunities to tailer the class to your own fitness level – want that little extra push? We will give you that and more! In burnBarre you can take the modifications given as needed, or go as hard and as “full out with feeling” as you can handle. No matter what direction you choose – we promise you will be feeling that full body burn for the entire 50 minute duration. 

fusionBarre
fusionBarre is a full body workout designed to cover “all areas”. This class focuses on strength and stability at the barre, your core, powerful leg work, upper body toning and elements of cardio. We use weighted balls and resistance bands in this class and your entire body will be humming by the time you finish!

powerBarre
powerBarre is a delicious muscle defying workout focusing on your tush, abdominals and arms – while toning up the rest of your body at the same time! In powerBarre we use weighted balls and resistance bands. You will finish class with your everything tingling from head to toe!
