RECREATIONAL DANCE
At Boogie Down we offer a fun and dynamic, custom designed, Recreational Dance Program for children as young as three years old to eighteen years old. Recreational dance classes are perfect for dancers looking to improve their dancing without the level of commitment required by our Competitive Program. Our Recreational Program includes a wide range of dance styles, from Ballet, to Hip Hop, to Acro. Our Recreational classes incorporate fun activities while aiming to challenge your dancer and provide them with a solid foundation of proper dance technique. These classes will not only help your child become a better dancer, but will also teach them all about teamwork, commitment, and discipline.
Each dance class will run from September until June, culminating with a Year-End Recital at The FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton (a ticketed event). Classes can be 30 minutes or 45 minutes, depending on your child’s age. Students will be placed in classes according to both age and skill level…contact us if you’re not sure which class level you should register your child for.
